Agreement and service
These terms apply to your download, installation and use of Seyro, also known as Dexiang. The app is provided by the developer identified on its App Store product page. By using the app or purchasing paid features, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or make a purchase.

What the app provides
Seyro presents the traditional three-coin and yarrow-stalk casting methods, generates hexagrams and lets you view, save and share cast images. It presents the process and the resulting forms only. It does not interpret hexagrams, predict outcomes, make decisions for you, or provide medical, legal, investment, psychological or other professional advice.
Use the forms as a prompt for personal reflection. Consider real-world information and your own circumstances, exercise independent judgment and remain responsible for your decisions.

Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity required to use this app and make in-app purchases. Minors should use it with a guardian’s knowledge and guidance, and obtain the guardian’s consent before purchasing.

License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Seyro. You may save and share your own cast images. You must not use the app unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, disrupt its operation, or copy, sell, rent, modify or reverse-engineer the app without permission, except where applicable law permits.

One-time purchase
The Lifetime Pass is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple StoreKit. It unlocks the full yarrow-stalk ritual, access to all locally saved journal entries and the Lifetime Pass display. The price comes from your current App Store storefront. Apple’s purchase confirmation determines the final amount, currency and applicable taxes.
Lifetime access means there is no recurring subscription charge or repeat purchase for this product while the app remains available and Apple can verify your purchase. It is not a promise of perpetual updates, permanent online availability or compatibility with every future device or operating system. Family Sharing availability follows the Apple purchase listing and account rules.

Restore, refunds and entitlement changes
After reinstalling or changing devices, use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoring checks an existing purchase and does not charge you again. Apple handles payment, billing, refunds and transaction history. If Apple refunds, revokes or invalidates a transaction, the associated paid access may be removed.

Local records and backups
Every completed six-line cast is automatically saved in the app’s local data, including its method, time and lines. Incomplete casts are not saved. Free users can view their first, oldest saved entry. All later completed casts are still stored on the device and included in the saved count. The Lifetime Pass unlocks viewing all locally stored entries from both methods.
Journal entries are not uploaded to a Seyro server and are not synchronized by Restore purchases or when you change devices. Closing the app normally does not delete completed saved casts. Uninstalling, clearing app data, device damage or system failures may cause data loss. To keep a separate copy, save cast images to Photos or back them up using system sharing. You and the receiving system or service manage those copies.

Intellectual property
The software, interface, animations, artwork, text arrangement and brand marks are protected by applicable law. Traditional texts and public-domain material retain their respective legal status. These terms do not restrict reasonable personal use and sharing of the cast images you create.

Changes and availability
We may update the app to fix issues, support operating systems or improve the experience. Device, iOS, Apple service, network, maintenance or events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We aim to maintain the app reasonably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every environment.

Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Seyro is not responsible for decisions you make based on a cast or indirect losses caused by your device, system, network or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Updates and contact
