01
Casting methods
The Coin Method is available without a purchase. Each throw of three coins forms one line; six throws build a hexagram from the bottom up. The Yarrow Method follows three connected rounds for each line, eighteen rounds in total, and is available with the Lifetime Pass.
Seyro presents the casting process and its result. It does not provide interpretations or ask you to enter your question. The app opens in English; change the language in Journal > About > Language.
02
Purchases and restoring access
The Seyro Lifetime Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks the Yarrow Method and access to every locally saved Journal entry. Apple’s purchase confirmation shows the final price and currency.
If you have purchased but features are still locked, check that your device uses the Apple Account from the original purchase, then select Restore purchases on the purchase sheet or in Journal > About. Restoring an existing purchase does not charge you again. No separate Seyro account is required.
03
Your Journal
Every completed six-line cast is saved on this device. Without the pass, you can view your first, oldest saved entry; later casts are still stored and included in the saved total. With the pass, all entries from both methods are available, oldest first.
There is no in-app cloud sync. Restoring a purchase restores access, not deleted Journal entries. Uninstalling, clearing app data or losing the device may remove your records. Save important cast images to Photos or use the system share sheet to keep a separate copy.
04
Saving and sharing
Tap Save on a result to save the complete framed cast, including its method and time, to Photos. Seyro requests add-only photo permission; it does not read your photo library. If permission was declined, you can change it in iOS Settings.
Tap Share to choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Copies you export are managed by you and the receiving app or service.
05
Payments and refunds
Apple handles payments, receipts and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page to review a charge or request a refund.
